Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

 

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery time: standard delivery takes 2-8 business days after processing, depending on the item and destination. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

 

Tracking: you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Address changes: if you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.

 

Delays: if a carrier delay occurs we will keep you updated by email. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the order date, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes for some oversized items; any such restriction is noted on the product page.
